There is indeed a missing word there! The sentence in question should read
{roD 'oHvaD juHqo' ponglu' neH.}
vItuQtaHvIS yopwaHwIj luyotjaj wa'SaD targhmey ghIlab ghewmey!
Anyone saving these for analysis, please note!
