If this is the line I think it is, I heard it quite differently:
{jIyajHa', chay' jura'?}

That takes place just after the Enterprise arrives. I think this is
supposed to be the line spoken while Kruge is killing one of the
mutated/evolved former microbes, before he calls the ship and says
{meH, naDev qaS wanI' ramqu'.}

In my recollection, never. I might not be remembering the right scene, though.
