Not permissible, I'm afraid; you're using two Type-2 verb suffixes (-nIS and -rup).<br>

I'm torn between noH and veS. I like veS because it's not a particular war one needs to be prepared for, but at the same time, it does feel like one is talking about concrete wars, not warfare as a concept.<br>
