I would definitely say this:
> {vavDaj Such wo'rIv.}
> Worf visits his father.

It might be ambiguous, but context makes it clear.

> {wo'rIv vav Such (ghaH).}
> lit. He visits Worf's father.
> (this sentence would be ambiguous then, in Klingon)

same as above, but here it does not look like it it's worf visiting, I think.
