Someone else is indeed -- everyone on the tlhIngan-Hol mailing list.

Apparently Dr. Fulkerson's specialist was able to subscribe him to the KLI's mailing list after all but neglected to tell him. As to the lack of responses to your exchange, perhaps no one else felt like commenting.
