Never used in canon.

KGT 16: The Klingon Homeworld {Qo'noS}, usually rendered Kronos in
Federation Standard, is a planet with basically one very large mass of land
surrounded by ocean; perhaps continent is a comparable concept.

KGT 36-38: Some houses are particularly wealthy, controlling vast lands by
means of armed forces loyal to the particular house. [...] If the High
Council determines an action to be dishonorable, not only may it remove the
leader of a house from the Council itself, it may also seize the house's
lands, forces, and other holdings.

Related nouns:

{Hatlh} country(side); {yotlh} field; cf. {lam} dirt, {yav} ground, {ghor}
surface (of planet)

Note the verbs {Saq} land (on the ground) and {tlhot} land (on the water)
used WRT birds and (probably) aircraft.

Some non-canonical words I've seen on the List include *{bIQpuH} "island",
*{juHpuH} "homeland" and *{veHpuH} "borderland(s), frontier". Qov uses
these as Terran country names on her Klingon blog ({bo logh}
<http://bologh.blogspot.com/>http://bologh.blogspot.com):  *{Doyche puH}
Germany, *{polpuH} Poland, *{taypuH} Thailand, and *{'engpuH} England (cf.
also {wo' tay'} United Kingdom).
