While the form ter'eS cites is perfectly acceptable and absolutely correct
Klingon, there happens to be another way to say this. {tera'vo' Qo'noSDaq
vIghoS} (note the prefix {vI-}) is also possible. In HolQeD 7:4, Okrand says
that some verbs whose direct objects are locations or places, such as
{ghoS}, {jaH} and {leng}, may mark their direct object (the place come, gone
or journeyed to) with the suffix {-Daq} while - and this is the unusual part
- retaining verb agreement for that noun. Viz:

yuQDaq vIleng - I travel to the planet
bIQtIqDaq vIjaH - I go to the river

The meaning is entirely changed when the pronominal prefix is a no-object
prefix:

yuQDaq jIleng - I travel on the planet
bIQtIqDaq jIjaH - I go in the river

(All these examples are from HQ 7:4.)

So {tera'vo' Qo'noSDaq jIghoS} is, in a way, a little nonsensical ("I go on
Qo'noS from Earth"? Perhaps a tourist from Earth would say this as they
travel around Qo'noS?), although perfectly grammatical. But for the meaning
"I went to Qo'noS from Earth", {tera'vo' Qo'noS vIghoS} and {tera'vo'
Qo'noSDaq vIghoS} - with the prefix {vI-} - are both equally correct.
