*preskoboldo* = *preso* "(printing) press" + *koboldo* "(hob)goblin, gnome,
imp, evil sprite". Cf. German *Druckfehlerteufel* = *Druck* "(printing)
press" + *Fehler* "error, mistake" + *Teufel* "devil, imp, etc.", or the
goblin/imp responsible for typographical errors.
