Well, both of them are somewhat marked. The idiomatic version would be
something more along the lines of "That's me"; "I am he/him" is only
used in dramatic (perhaps melodramatic) or formal (e.g. legal)
circumstances. Note how "That's I" (or "That is I") sounds odd - at
least, stuffy and formal - to most native English-speakers despite being
technically correct according to the (artificial, Latin-based)
prescriptivist rules of English grammar. Ditto for "It's her!" vs. the
supposedly correct "It's she!", etc.
