TKW gives us {nIn Hoch} for "all of the fuel". That's more than a suggestion.

I think it's a straightforward "all of the Klingons", in a presuppositional
rather than existential fashion. It doesn't bring a collection of Klingons
into consideration; rather, it is talking about an already established
group.

I can't even convince myself that {bID} *is* a "count-type" word in the
