the fourth example doesn't have {-Daq} on a number, but that doesn't affect
my point here:
{-Daq} is added to the end of a noun PHRASE. if that phrase ends in a
number, then {-Daq} is added to the number.
in many cases where okrand says 'noun' in tkd, he seems to mean 'noun
phrase', but he typically sticks with simple grammar terms.
