I'm hopeful that the source of the following translation is known to you all
in spite of being neither ST-canon nor {tlhIngan Hol}-canon. I'm also
perfectly aware that some of it's content had to be changed to fit into the
"target culture"; Furthermore it might quite well fit into a "Handbook for
Anti-Romulan Propaganda", which I did not really intend. }}:-)
So, there it is:

{toH}, so far so {maj}. But I had several problems you maybe recognised:
First, {X ghajmeH Y} AFAIK is only to be seen as correct here, if ghajmeH is
interpreted as "are to have", so as "Y are to have X".
Second, I'm not so sure about {yIn} and if it can work intransitively. If
so, fine; if not I would have to remove the {-Daq}s, and even then I would
not like {yIn} as to stand for "inhabit". I'd prefer it indeed working
intransitively.
Third, I'm not exactly sure about my {'e'/-'e'}s, especially in the forelast
line as used to ellipsify {maQmIgh HI'}. At least I perceive those lines in
the original to work as an ellipsis for "the Dark Lord".
Fourth, I'm more confident using the unmarked plural {Qeb}, as {Qebmey}
would blast the intonation scheme (as it is, there indeed IS one *g*).
Well, that's even all problems I can make out as yet. Like to know if there
are more.
