At least, judging by your other note where you asked:

...I was on the right track.  Basically, "weggenommen werden" is the
passive voice, and "weggenommen sein" would be active voice (though a
special case with the "sein", yes?), correct?  At least in English, "to
be taken away" makes me think that passive voice is the correct way to
translate it...
