According to Power Klingon, QI'lop occurs in the tenth Klingon month -
terrans would logically call this October. ;)

This is the holiday honoring the Klingon military {QI'}. The traditional
food served during this holiday is {to'baj 'uS lughoDlu'bogh} "stuffed
*tobbaj* legs".

In fandom it's sometimes called *Ke'Plak* and celebrated October 15 I
believe. (Anybody know why they chose October 15th in particular?)
