AFAIK, we have only two examples of {ghov}:

   qamlIj vIghov
   I recognize your foot.  KGT

   qablIj vIghov
   I recognize your face. KGT

Note that this is the section of KGT on the dangers of improper enunciation 
of /m/ and /b/, which explains the somewhat odd first example.

Personally, I would have used {chID} "admit" to translate the line, 
although {tlhoj} "realize" (never used in canon), or even {tu'} "find, 
observe, notice" (cf. the "{Qub} {Har} {Sov} {tu'}" thread), might be a 
better fit.
