We did send and receive the following two messages.

At this point we responded with an email saying that we did want to attend but wanted to know if we could mail the registration fee in the following week.  If that was not possible what were our options?  To this there was no reply.  Nor did we ever receive any of the e-mail messages listed below.  We therefore believed that we had simply been blown off.  However I can well see this as being some kind of strange and unfortunate email screw up.  

I did receive the phone message from Lawrence but that was two days before the qep'a' was to begin.  By that time I had made other plans for my vacation time and it was to late to change them.  It's unfortunate that it worked out this way this year.  I'll just have to get my level three certification next year.
