In the Mandel script, which is what this is written in, there is no "gh"
glyph. It's pretty much the English alphabet with "oo", "ng", "th" added, and no
"q" or "c".
My own suggestion for the best way to spell {tlhIngan maH} in Mandel is "th i
ng a n m a h".
