Never used in canon.

Cf. the homophonous verb {ghar} "conduct diplomacy" and the derived noun
{gharwI'} "diplomat". Related nouns include {Duy} "agent, emissary"
{Duy'a'} "ambassador", {'oSwI'} "emissary" and {jojlu'} "consul".

And before anyone asks... the difference between {Duy} and {'oSwI'} - the
derived noun from {'oS} "represent" - is not fully understood. As it
happens, {Duy} is mentioned in passing in the latest HolQeD:

Thus, a delegate to the Klingon Empire could well be described as a
{Duy quv} "honored emissary", but if it turned out that he or she was
a spy, the phrase {Duy HoQ} "falsely honored emissary" would be
   appropriate." (HQ 12.3:8)
