{QeH Khan} - "Khan is angry"
{Khan QeH} - "the angry Khan"
{Khan QeH} - "the anger of Khan"

You could, yes. "they look for Spock"
What you wrote is also good, making it more general, and an indefinite subject. Just pay attention to the
suffix type order:
{Spock nejlu'taH}
better might be the shorter {Spock nejlu'}

No! veH tIn, I insist! (just kidding)
In that movie, one of the Klingons says
{'ach HoD, Hevetlh wIghoSchugh veH tIn wI'el maH'e'}
"But Captain, that course will take us into the [Great] Barrier as well."
Since it's that Barrier which the movie is about, I believe it should be the title.
Marc Okrand has also used {veH Qav} in one of the most famous terran poems:
"Space, the final frontier..."
{veH Qav 'oH logh'e'}
Quvar.
