According to KGT, {negh} is the "plural" (I would say "collective") form of 
{mang}.  It also says that {QaS} is
similar to {negh}, but that {QaS}  refers only to enlisted men, not officers. 
 Since I want to honor the offiers, too, I still think {negh} is the better 
choice.
