Not to usurp Voragh's role here, but you left out the canonical example
from ST3: {jol yIchu'} "Activate the transport beam"; I would be surprised
to hear "yIQapmoH" instead, which sounds about as awkward to me as
your English translation of it.
And then there's ST6, in which Chang didn't refer to the transporter
at all; he just said {DaH machegh} "We are returning now".
