have no confidence to start a qepHom?
Just a general comment:
To "establish" a qepHom, there is not much to do. Many people think that a qepHom is a small version
of a qep'a', or maybe something like a reading at university, a Klingon language convention, at least
one person has to speak Klingon fluently, etc. You need to "prepare", then "organize", "establish" and
then "host" a qepHom.
None of this is true.
Of course you can do it like that, but the "absolute minimum requirements" for a qepHom is just two
people spending a few minutes together talking about Klingon or a bit in Klingon.
That's it.
Not only Klingon experts and professors can host a qepHom. YOU can do it!
If you don't try, you won't know.
