Agreed, but the only problem with "personal favors" is that they work
both ways. I do, believe, however, that it would be in Paramount's best
interest to sponsor or at least give permission for such projects as that
to the KLI, since the organization itself pushes the sale of TKD, KGT,
etc. quite a bit, thus making them some money and giving us a "hobby".
Ergo, if the films/videos/whatever else caused even a slight rise in
membership of the KLI, which, in turn, would move more copies of at least
TKD, if not some of the other such books (which have to be making
Paramount some cash), then it would put money into their pockets instead
of "ours", and yet, the desired result for everyone involved is still
achieved. (when I think about dealings with Paramount, I force myself to
think like a Ferengi. lol)

Agreed, or someone of similar diplomatic pursuasion. Lawrence has a
marked eloquence, and his command of English, as well as tlhIngan Hol, is
quite impressive.
