Actually, the canon phrase has {-ta'} where the space was:

jagh lucharghlu'ta'bogh HuH ghopDu'lIj lungaSjaj
"May the bile of the vanquished fill your hands"

(also note that the grammar of the sentence follows the abnormal 
Object-Subject-Verb "toast" grammar)
