If you mean "Why are you using {-mey} on a noun that (by its very
definition) is capable of speech??", I was just using {-mey} to indicate
that the Klingon speakers are scattered about (TKD p.23). In contrast, once
they actually arrive at the qep'a', they are no longer scattered around the
world, and so I definitely would use {jatlhwI'pu'}.
