This sounds logic to me.
{tIqIpqu'} means "hit them hard" or literally "very hit them".
If you add {nom}, then it's the same thing, but faster :-)
{nom tIqIpqu'} means "hit them hard and fast" or literally "fast very hit them".
or just "fastly hit them hard" [sic]
