Now that we have a word for "angle," I am wondering how to use it correctly.  
How do I say "X degrees of angle"?

Perhaps there will be discussion at the qep'a' that will help me understand 
how to express concepts such as "That warrior is shorter than Martok by 1¼ 
'ujmey."  "This bottle contain 6 fewer ounces of bloodwine than that metal 
goblet."  How do Klingons express degrees of difference?
