qep'a' information

I've added a bit of possibly useful information to the qep'a' web page
(/stuff/qepa.html): the banquet menu.  Mmmm...

Also, linked from there you can see the spiffily-redone page listing the
current registrants for the qep'a', the banquet, the beginners classes, and
the supporting members.
