wa'DIch as a time stamp?

I'm sure this has been discussed earlier, and I bet the answer is no. I'll ask anyway :-)
It's not a problem to me if you just answer with yes or no.

Can we use {wa'DIch} as a time stamp, like we do in english?
{wa'DIch ta' vIHoH} "first I kill the empereror"

I don't like this, so I think it's wrong.
A solution might be to use {-pa'} "before":
{jISoppa' ta' vIHoH}
"First I kill the emperor, then I eat."
(before I eat I kill the emperor)

It's fun answering your own questions ;-)
(nevermind, I'm just practicing)
