Object-Verb-Subject

Object - tlhIngan (klingons).  They are what the action is being done to.
Verb - par (dislike).
Subject - jIH (I).  The one doing the action.

Now we need a verb prefix.
(Subject-Object)
   I    -  them  =  vI-

tlhInganpu' vIpar jIH
Pronouns are optional.  Including the pronoun jIH here emphasizes that it is 
ME, and not someone else, that dislikes klingons.  Without the emphasis you 
would write:
tlhInganpu' vIpar

The suffix -pu' makes the noun plural.
