 From the description on KCD:

   The *tknag* is a dangerous carnivore native to Taganika. The skin is tough
   and leathery, and the *tknag* is a formidable prey.

It is, apparently, a fairly large food animal which is hunted with a spear 
{naQjej} in the Ritual Hunt {chontay}.
