This isn't really an example of that kind of usage.  {latlh} here is a
regular noun in a N-N possessive phrase:  {latlh qab} "another's face"

>   latlh HIvje'Daq 'Iw HIq bIr yIqang!
>   Pour the cold bloodwine into another glass! KGT

This, though is applicable:  {latlh HIvje'} "another glass".  It could also
be interpreted as "someone else's glass", but that's obviously not the
intent.

Skybox S31 {Hegh bey} "Death Howl" is less ambiguous:

{...Heghtay lulop latlh tlhInganpu'...}
"...other Klingons...perform...the Klingon death ritual."
