I found another word pun:
QonoS, journal. The sound "kr" (or "chr") in English is usually rendered {Q}
in Klingon. Thus, this could be derived from the Greek root "chronos," which
means "time", which is what a journal keeps track of. It's also the root of
"chronicle" and "chronology."
On a pun-related note, does anyone know of any good Klingon puns? Not the
kind where the Klingon word comes from an English word, like vIychorgh, but
a pun rendered in Klingon. For example, something based on the fact that
some some suffixes are also words in themselves, like vetlh or na'. Like the
insult I came up with: {verengan vetlh ghaH verenganvetlh'e'!} "That Ferengi
is a Ferengi cockroach!" (Maybe someone can come up with a better one...)
