Hmm... here's a couple of other ideas. Since {Hoch} "everyone/everything" is
technically a noun, AFAIK there's no grammatical reason why the quality {mIgh}
"be evil" can't modify it like any other noun:
Hoch mIgh Suv qeylIS
Kahless fought everything/everyone evil.
or more colloquially:
Kahless fought every evil (person/thing).
though I've never seen {Hoch} so modified outside of the strange law'/puS
comparisons. There are stylistic or usage differences, I'm sure, between
{Hoch mIgh} "evil everyone/thing (i.e. everyone/thing evil)"
{mIghbogh Hoch} "everyone who is evil, everything that is evil"
If you really need to differentiate between everything vs. everyone, you can
say:
Hoch Doch mIgh "every evil thing"
Hoch ghot/nuv mIgh "every evil person"
(We're not sure what the difference is between {ghot} and {nuv}, both glossed
as "person [humanoid]" in TKD.)
