Unless I'm just missing something, it looks like you're using *{teSQaS} to
mean "congratulations". I would have expected something using {Hoy'}, or
{majQa'}. I've never seen *{teSQaS} before; did you see it somewhere
else? Or are you trying to make a bilingual pun, somehow using {teS}+{QaS}
= "eardrum"+"troops" = "congratulations"?
