Although plural suffixes aren't required in Klingon, {Soch Duj} still
implies that the ships are plural. So you need to use the verb prefix here
that indicates "They - it".
Also, unless the attack was over and completed by dawn, you don't need the
verb suffix {-pu'} here.

{may'} is the *noun* "battle", so we can't use verb suffixes such as {-pa'}
("before") on it. Instead, you could include a verb, such as {qaS} ("happen,
occur"), to say "Before the battle happened, ". Then you would put {-pa'} on
this verb.

may'pa' rIn, vul baHwI'.
Again, {may'} is a noun, so you can't use {-pa'} on it. You can use {-pa'}
on the verb {rIn} ("be accomplished, finished") here. Just remember that
{may'} is what is "finished", so it is the subject and goes to the right of
the verb {rIn}.
>After the battle has ended, the gunner will regain consciousness.
may'DI' rIn, vulHa' baHwI'.
Again, the first part here just needs to be changed, since {may'} is the
noun and {rIn} is the verb.
>When the atmosphere escaped from the space station, the citizens
died.

It looks like you just forgot to include the verb suffix for "when/as soon
as" here.

Note that the soldiers "live on" - they didn't just survive the atmosphere
escaping, they continued to live on for a longer period of time. So in this
case, it would be a good idea to add the verb suffix {-taH} onto the verb
{yIn}. {-taH} indicates that an event is ongoing, and not a single discrete
action.
>If you see an explosion at the bridge, wait for an unconditional
surrender.

When there are no other verb suffixes on a verb with {-ghach}, such a word
generally sounds odd to a Klingon. In this case, I'd probably understand
what you mean with {jorghach}. In the context of the sentence, it's a battle
situation, so as long as you're understood, it would be okay.
