Do you mean "The Klingon approaches it" or "It approaches the Klingon"? If
the Klingon is approaching the tribble and the tree, then the Klingon is the
subject, and goes after the verb.

Using the word {juS} ("overtake, pass") sounds a little odd to me, when
talking about time. {juS} is used in one of the audio tapes as:
{HoS lIngwI' wIjuS} "We are passing a power generator"
So it can refer to physically passing by something, but maybe not the
passage of time.
If you need to indicate the passage of time, instead of {juSDI' jajmey
law'}, you may want to consider using:
{qaSpu'DI' jajmey law'...} ("When many days have happened/occurred...")

SorDajDaq ghoSDI' tlhIngan, nuH tu' yIH 'ej tlhIngan HoH.

Although it is not wrong, the first part here sounds a little redundant. The
verb {ghoS} ("approach, proceed towards") already includes the idea of
"towards", so your sentence here means "When the Klingon *approaches
towards* its tree...". So you could also just say:
{SorDaj ghoSDI' tlhIngan,} "When the Klingon approaches its tree..."

The tribble is trying to search and find a weapon; it isn't just going to
randomly trip over one. So you may want to use the verb {Sam} ("search and
find, locate") instead of {tu'} ("discover, observe, notice").

I also think that the sentence could be improved with a type-7 verb suffix,
such as {-pu'} or {-ta'}. Right now, the sentence says:
"When the Klingon goes to his tree, the tribble will find a weapon and kill
the Klingon"
If the tribble will have found the weapon by the time the Klingon arrives,
then you could say:
{nuH Samta' yIH} "The tribble will have found a weapon"
The suffix {-ta'} indicates that the weapon-finding is completed when the
Klingon arrives. Otherwise, it sounds like the tribble will wait until the
Klingon arrives, and then look for a weapon.

	juSDI' rep, ghoS tlhIngan.

Again, {juS} probably doesn't work for the passage of time.

'ach QapHa' yIH qech. SorDaq ghoS tlhIngan,'ej 'oH pe'.

Again, {SorDaq ghoS tlhIngan} ("The Klingon approaches to the tree") just
sounds a little redundant. Otherwise, no problems here.

vaj tajDaj lo', 'ej HoHta' yIH Do'Ha'.

{HoHta' yIH Do'Ha'} means that tribble has killed the Klingon. Remember that
Klingon word order is <object> + <verb> + <subject>.
