I'm not sure I totally understand what you ask here - I read these sentences
as:
"No.. Unfortunately I can't use a name that fully describes my Qa'Hom. Can
you Klingon speakers request one?"
I'm guessing that you wanted to say {chup} ("recommend, suggest") instead of
{tlhob} ("request, plead, ask").
I don't have any pets, so I'm not the best one to suggest names for animals.
Maybe a name like {matlh}, {qeylIS}, or "Snowball" :-)
