RE: KLBC: parHa'

When I first looked at this, I thought that Okrand had written a most
controversial sentence:

{jarlIj qaq nuq?}

It is only later that I could get enough context to figure out that the
person writing Okrand had written that question. His answer was much more
along the lines of what we've come to understand as the best way to ask the
question.

I just wanted to note this so beginners wouldn't read it and get as confused
as I started out being, but lacking the context to figure out the part
Okrand DIDN'T write.
