As Qov pointed out, her name doesn't mean anything in Klingon. You probably
want the verb {Qav} ("be last, final") here instead of {*Qov}.
Your "to-be" construction here is almost perfect. However, on page 50 of
TKD, there's a brief rule about using verbs as adjectives. It says that when
you are using a verb to describe a noun adjectivally, type-5 suffixes go
after the verb.
So when you use the phrase {jaj Qav} ("the final day"), the type-5 noun
suffix {-'e'} should go at the end on {Qav}, and not on {jaj}. So you would
want to use:
{cha'leS 'oHlaw' jaj Qav'e'.} "The last day is apparently the day after
tomorrow."
{cha'leS 'oHlaw' jaj Qav'e'. 'e' vIQub} "I thought that the last day is
apparently the day after tomorrow."
(This same comment applies to the rest of your message.)

{Qap} is used for "work" in the sense of functioning correctly. For example,
{Qapbe' Hoqra'wIj} "My tricorder doesn't work (i.e., it's broken)". {vum}
("work, toil") would probably be a better verb to use for your sentence
here.

Also, on page 66 of TKD, it says that the second verb of a
sentence-as-object construction doesn't use an aspect suffix. So the second
verb here would just be {vItagh} and not {vItaghta'}.

Again, just note that the last word should be {Qav}, and you should move the
{-'e'} onto it. Saying {'oHHa'} here seems rather unique, but I'll accept
it. :-)

It looks like you used {jar tlha'} to mean "the following month". However,
{tlha'} is to "follow" something, and not "be following". Instead, you could
use the verb {veb}, which is "be next (in a series or sequence)":
{jar veb} "the next month"

You did well using adjectives and the 'sentence-as-to-be' construction. Your
only problem with it was with the suffix {-'e'}. On page 50 of TKD, it shows
an example of using a type-5 noun suffix with verbs. Although the example
uses {-Daq}, keep in mind that {-'e'} is also a type-5 noun suffix, and so
it goes after the verb.
