Here's what I've tried to say:

I have tried to translate Qov's tribble sentences.  The sentences are
good for the purpose of practicing.  I usually only translate Klingon
sentences.  To be able to speak in Klingon, I need to be able to
translate English sentences.  Perhaps when I learn Klingon perfectly, I
will not need to use English to reveal an idea.  But for now I need to
practice.

I begin to translate:

[Here's how I believe my translations translate back to English]

"One says that tribbles are able to navigate perfectly."

"In order to test the theory, we placed forty tribbles on the starship."

"The tribbles wouldn't be cooperative."

"This situation frustrated us."

"If you had seen that we pleaded (with) the tribbles, you would laugh."

"If you needed to accomplish this mission, those stupid tribbles would
also frustrate you."

"Before the experiment ceased, we had seven thousand tribbles."

"We were not able to find one tribble who could calculate a parallel
course."

"Ferengis are smarter than tribbles."


I begin to explain:

To translate the second sentence, I used <waH>.  I did not use <tob>,
since one experiment is not sufficient to test conclusively.  A million
experiments is not enough to test conclusively.

The third sentence caused me to stop.  I was not able to translate it
perfectly, but I have tried.  Since some sentences are connected by
time, I did not use Type 7 Verb Suffixes on all the sentences.

While I translated the fifth sentence, I wasn't sure the procedure for
the purpose of using <qoy'>.  Is that sentence correct?

To translate the sixth sentence, I needed to add another component.
