If you want to say "The book is not interesting to my friend", <jupwI'vaD
Dajbe' paq> works.
You could also say something like:
{Dajbe' paq 'e' Har jupwI'} ("My friend believes that the book isn't
interesting").

{paq munob} is ok for "He gives me a book", using the prefix {mu-}
("He/she/it/they - me").

You could also say {jIHvaD paq nob} ("He gives a book for me"). I prefer
{jIHvaD paq nob} over {paq munob}, because the prefix won't always tell
explicitly who is getting the book.

TKD lists {Daj} as "be interesting". Generally, verbs like this ("be
hungry", "be green", "be honored", etc.) only have subjects, and not
objects. Therefore, to me, {muDaj} ("It is interesting me") or {mughung}
("It is hungry me") feel wrong.
However, I do see what you're thinking by using the "prefix trick". If {Daj}
actually meant "be interesting to (someone)", then {muDaj} would definitely
work.

Also, {toj} is only the verb "trick, deceive". We don't know that there's a
noun {toj}. If you wanted to describe "the prefix trick", you might say
{moHaq Dup} ("prefix strategy") or {moHaq mIw} ("prefix procedure").
