The word "third" happens to mean both "1/3" and "#3" in English. But
"first" is not "whole", "second" is not "half", and "fourth" is
not a "quarter". The "third" meaning "1/3" is not related to the
"third" meaning "#3", so I would definitely not generalize from
the English to the Klingon.
