Actually, the <naDev> really should go at the beginning of the whole thing.

Ordinals go after the noun: <qepHom wa'DIch>. Also, I suspect <num> is what
happens when a <ne'> becomes a <lagh>, rather than something like
"advertise". For that, you have to get creative . . .
