A few months ago the KLI registered with iGive.com, an online mall which
donates a percentage of all sales to registered nonprofit organizations.
It's rarely a large percentage, typically only one or two percent, but it
can add up.
Several of you signed up at iGive (at no cost to yourself), identified the
KLI as your chosen charity, and did your online shopping through the stores
in their mall. Every time you made a purchase and sent confirmation back to
iGive we received a credit. Every month iGive tallied up those credits and
cut us a check.
A new check just came in today's mail, bringing the total amount donated to
the KLI to nearly $300!
To those of you who have helped us by the simple act of shopping, thank
