Given Okrands comments on a number of verbs, it's possible that <Qoch> can
mean "disagree with" rather than just "disagree", but I wouldn't count on
it. There is a pretty simple solution to your problem, though:
ta': Doq paqvetlh
qoH: SuD paqvetlh
jIH: Qochbe'ba' ta', qoH je
