I received the KLI's shipment of copies of TKH and have just returned from
mailing out all the processed preordered copies (a few other preorders are
in the hopper, and will most likely be processed tomorrow).

As such, I've gone ahead and informed Seqram to discontinue the special
"preorder-no-shipping" we'd been offerring. Of course, any orders that come
in before he makes that change will be honored at that rate (provided the
order clears processing).

So, if you haven't done it already, go order a copy today!
