Use <-pu'> rather than <-ta'> here: the <wanI'> in this sentence can't
really set out to do something. The action is complete, but it is not an
accomplished goal.

This is pretty good, but I can't quite understand the <-bogh> clause.
Breaking your sentence down into clauses, it looks to me like:
DaH - Now. OK
jatlhwI'pu' po'mo' - Because of the skilled speakers. OK
lo'lu'bogh - ???
Hol vIqeqlaH - I can practice [the] language. OK
I'm not sure how the <lo'lu'bogh> fits into the sentence or what it means.
Everything makes perfect sense without it, though.
