bItor 'e' DawIvbe''a'? bItorlaHbe''a'?

Sorry - you're trying to use <'e'> as a subject here, and it doesn't work.
How about <ngep'oS vItoSDI' jI'oy'> or <... mu'oy'moH qIvwIj>. Also, you are
speaking like a meqro'vaqngan. <ngep'oS> is used for "stairway" only in the
meqro'vaq Sep; everywhere else it is <letlh>. That's fine, but you should be
aware of the regionalism.

The jury's still out over exactly what a question (muj nuq) as an object
means, but it's probably not what you have here. It's better to say
something like:
... 'ach 'oy'meH meq ngu'laHbe'.
> ghIq Hom tej ghaHbogh latlh Qel vIjaH.
You need an <-'e'> on <Qel> here since the verb <ghaH> is really a pronoun.
> ghorpu' qIvwIj Hom 'e' Harbe' Qelvam
maj.
The phrase <pel'aQ ghorpa'> - "before it breaks the shell" - implies that
<ghor> is "break (something else)" rather than just plain "break". It's
possible it works both ways, but most Klingon verbs do not. Thus you need to
say: <qIvwIj Hom ghorlu'pu' 'e' Harbe' Qelvam>. Good use of the perfective
<-pu'> here, by the way. Exactly what it was meant for.
> 'ach rIQlaw'pu' to'waQ 'e' Har.
Do'Ha'. This is probably not a good place for the perfective, though, since
<rIQ> means "be injured", which I see as an ongoing state - your tendon (or
ligament) is still injured.

Do'Ha'. Again, probably no <-pu'> on <rIQ> here.
> rIQbe'pu'chugh to'waQwIj jI<exercise> neH.
'e' vItul. I think you need a <-nIS> on "exercise" here. And just using
"exercise" here was a good idea. <mI'> sometimes works for "exercise", but
definitely not in this case.
