Since the entire existing vocabulary is well-known and available from a
relatively small collection of sources, the task of putting together a
proper dictionary is not particularly difficult. Go ahead and do it. :)
And once you've made one for yourself, you'll probably recognize that it
would be a shame to deprive others of the opportunity to make their own.
Maybe some years from now it might be a good idea to come up with a new
"official" Klingon dictionary, but it is *always* a good idea to tread
softly near the lawyers...
